Aggregate, non-identifiable visitor information helps improve service design and customer experience.

Communications may be monitored or recorded for employee training and service improvement. Interactive Voice Recognition systems guide calls; payment collection touch-tone data isn’t retained but transfers to payment processors.

Communications through Facebook Messenger or chat services follow this policy and Insight’s Privacy Program.

Third-Party Information

Insight doesn’t receive or use third-party information independently. Clients may provide customer data for operational procedures including customer support, payment collection, and marketing campaign calls.
